It's a diverse workforce and we work well together. Despite the many different backgrounds, we gel very well. No matter what area you work in, you mostly get to see the best of them. They full-time employees also feel the TPTs are misused and mistreated.
It's a relaxed environment which is very important when you're working in a fast pace department.
