Very positive atmosphere, coworkers are great, great place for training and licensing, benefits are great. The CRA role specifically isnt the best and the pay is a little low

Theyre really good at making positive atmospheres and are pretty lenient from what i see

They are unbelievably supportive and super fun to get to know. Just all around great people all building each other up for a common goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the anount of knowledge you need to gain in such a short period of time, as well as the stress of the clients your dealing with on your first, second or third call, can make you feel its too much for the compensation, especially since i have a bachelors degree in finance
