What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fidelity is very much focused in how to retain assets and build futuristic brokerage platform. Very challenging with respect to external threat and internal talent

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing team building and comradery. Employees aren't just interchangeable cogs you can move from one team to another. Respect them and stick up for them. Financial compensation gets you far, but work on making them feel connected and invested in the team and company.

Retirment benefits 7% match on base and an additional 10% profit sharing
