What did you like most about the interview process?
I definitely liked how much time was spent getting to know me, and in selecting the team I would eventually work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I could actually pay my bills and stop having to rely on a credit card to feed my wife and I, that would be great. Raise the base pay to a livable wage. Stop allowing clients dissatisfied with process, laws, rules, and/or industry regulations from tanking your quarterly bonuses in reviews.
