As a fund accountant you are only paid 40K. It's ridiculous. Management doesn't know what they are doing either.

The coworkers are great. But they are losing them due to low pay. You can get a better job ANYWHERE ELSE.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning how to do tasks and help when needed. He doesn't even review he just says he does. Also my friends manager just watches YouTube.
