The people are the best part of the environment and the culture. My department is pretty laid back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. They are terrible and completely full of themselves. They make decisions that impact us without actually consulting people who do the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and we end up having some good laughs. We do our best to keep each other sane with the monotony of the job.
