Our voice is heard and there are a lot of opportunities, especially for top performers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is amazing. If it’s not the best, it’s certainly one of the very best.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We meet about upcoming meetings. Stop the madness. Fewer meetings allow for more productivity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are implementing changes that address employees concern. They are holding managers accountable to results. We continue to do well financially
What makes you most happy at work?
The integrity within Fidelity. Fidelity strives to do right by its customers and has that desire ingrained in its DNA. People who deviate from that strategy are quickly relieved of their duties.
