What did you like most about the interview process?1-on-1 meetings with both contemporaries and senior management.
What makes you most happy at work?Working with a great team and helping improve (not just execute) the work we do with/for our clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Flexibility and WFH support during the pandemic (and hopefully after)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Long hours, uninspiring work and always at a sprint pace. Always having to chase down my own performance, make my own growth opportunities. Any negative performance, even after it has been corrected, far outweighs all positive performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lack of respect, favoritism among male leadership, lack of compensation, zero transparency, no sense of career growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being clear about needs early in the process. Guidance is necessary for folks to fly on their own.
