I work in inside outbound sales...They treat us like we are disposable. They have a new hire class every month and it's a revolving door. Zero job security. Training was a joke. And we got a new VP and he cut commission and raised goals to an unreasonable amount. Supervisors are condescending.

They aren't fair with claims. They a ripping people off

Can't think of any.They say people first but that's a load of bs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The revenue needed to hit commission needs to be put at a reasonable number. It's a joke. You could sell 50 units and not get paid commission. You're stealing from your reps.
