Our team always reminds each other how important we are and how much we value them! We also try our best to coach one another instead of just pointing out wrongs!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the people in my region who work the hardest get paid the least and the 2 people that do nothing but sit behind a desk and deligate their work get paid triple the pay!
