The company can improve on meningitis nicer to their workers and understanding. Also professional needs to be a part of work as well. Things need to be professional.

I like that they do their job to the extent of them needing to get things done. I like that they come to work on smiles in their face .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this way because of our type of work is very demanding and as employees I believe we do not get the essentials we need to carry on the job 40 plus hours per week.
