What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local leadership is very good. Corporate leadership lacks integrety .
They really listen this new team has done a complete 180 from the old one going to centers listening to us one on one
Leadership is changing...finally. While many Teammates have been "separated" they have started at the top and worked down. A LOT of dead-weight and "dinosaurs" have been let go. Finally, FlightSafety might...just MIGHT...be able to rise from the dead and start taking over as leader once more.
Everyone is very friendly and down to earth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im paid a competitive wage for my field almost top of market and I have exponential room for growth and raises
Benefits, as always, are a rising cost to both employer and employee. Our benefits are well-structured and our out of pocket expenses are somewhat high, but they would be so anywhere else.
There is nothing good about this compensation package when the company is this unethical.
We have really good healthcare and 10 vacation days every year
What are some of the best things about your team?
Socialbility. Friendliness. Eager to work together and focus on improving instruction
Some teams work well together. Others are just there to do minimal and stay under the radar.
We work well together mostly. A few people are obviously there because the manager liked them as they have no talent to speak of, but they're unimportant overall. Those of us who actually know what we're doing do it well and work together, steering away from the talentless ones.

Received a customized tour and met some employees.
They didn't ask me random questions they got to know me first and asked me about my experience not just can you do this or that

The culture and place of work i love it here
Leaving the building to go home at night.
Having a variety of challenges and responsibilities. There is never a lack of things to do.
I love doing what I do, but I could do that anywhere. My career is fun and I enjoy being able to create and develop new content and deliverables while not being tied to outdated standards and technology.
Being able to come in early and not have to worry about my job being physically demanding

Work from home and little need to go into the office.
