Foot Locker Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Most footlocker employees are there for the discount and the 50% off a few times a year really makes it worth it.

Review from Sales Dept

The employee discount is really good, although you have to keep track of your usage- they do fire for going over the monthly limit.

401k and health care benefits

The health care benefits for family

My compensation package was right and always arrived on time. I'm super satisfied with how footlocker manages the economic part of the company

Review from Sales Dept

I like the amount of money i get

They offered exactly what I wanted and more

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees like to be treated like humans, not puppets

We can start with giving lart time employees equal discount benefits as full time employees we can also bring back comission for employees that counted on the high sales to bring in extra money on their pay checks becuase store hours were limited

Benefits do not kick in until after 3 months.

There should be rewards for staying with the company. Theres no reason why a part timer who has been there for years and can do everything should be paid as much as someone whos working their first day and don't know what theyre doing. Also making your employees feel appreciated.

Paying for all the wotk done.

they took away the only reason why we liked to sell... for the commission, then get mad when we arent going as fast while were still getting paid minimum wage and the managers get to stand and look pretty

The workload is massive, and if you ask for a promotion or raise, they drag their feet for months just to tell you there's "no room in the budget." They should look at the current market and adjust salaries to match. Also, give real raises not just 1-3% merit increases that are below inflation.

If there was an increase in hourly rate for an assistant manager.

When you see how much sales the store makes in a month. Bonuses to the entire store

They need to give the right people the right function

I feel valued through the programs we have but compensation is just not competitive enough.

I've worked for the company for 15 years to receive 1 raise in all that time.

Review from Sales Dept

it does not compete with nyc salaries.

Review from Product Dept

I think I'm underpaid but it is expected working retail jobs

Review from Sales Dept

I'd prefer the experience of traveling to different locations and truly learning the business inside and out, from the moments the shoes are shaped to the point when they leave the store. Customer experience is embedded within the business model but what about the employee experience?

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing they need to higher the compensation

Review from Sales Dept

Yes - I feel undervalued- when I inquire about compensation or cola I am not given a open response.

Treated better by management compensation should be higher for the amount of work
