When there are clear objectives, and a fast paced environment.

I feel like the company is focus online sales too much and forgot about the store's experience. I would like to see the conpany focus on the store's experience. I feel like that would attact more people in the stores.

The leadership at my store at my kids footlocker from management up go district management has let me down.

Replace whats broken, and fix what is now not available for customers, give bonus/discounts based on workflow

Too much Human Resources involvement, and not enough freedom in being yourself (not allowed to express yourself or speak out or else you're under investigation too, etc.).
