What do you like best about the leadership team?
A long time ago, I enjoyed the responsibility they gave us, yes they had rules. Store Managers we were able to hire, recruit and train our team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a small monthly check every year. Called a pension.
Most footlocker employees are there for the discount and the 50% off a few times a year really makes it worth it.

The employee discount is really good, although you have to keep track of your usage- they do fire for going over the monthly limit.

It was good for myself
Everyone sticks together (barring management) and looks out for eachother. Its rare that someone would get thrown under the bus
Im proud of them for even being there and acknowledging me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was the boom of the sports shoe and apparel business
They have in the past adopted a 'team' sort of ethos, but ever since the introduction of KPI's it feels as though we're just seen as cheap labour and scapegoats for management to blame their incompetence on.
The Community is a good area to be on.
Foot Locker is very team-driven. I would consider that the most positive aspect of the company culture.

It was very informal and they were very fast to hire me.

They don't throw curveballs at you during the interview- the questions are very easy and straightforward, plus they interview multiple applicants at a time which helps break the ice too.
