What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone works hard and helps one another
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are very open and honest
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Working remotely. My team mates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They talk about chances to grow but I have not seen that yet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being a smaller company, you do have to wear a lot of hats. Some teams could either use more support, or more compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am still being paid the same amount as when I was in a previous position and am doing a lot more work and have a lot more responsibility now. A promotion or pay increase to compensate me for the extra work I am doing in this new role would be much appreciated.
