    Being a smaller company, you do have to wear a lot of hats. Some teams could either use more support, or more compensation.

    I am still being paid the same amount as when I was in a previous position and am doing a lot more work and have a lot more responsibility now. A promotion or pay increase to compensate me for the extra work I am doing in this new role would be much appreciated.

Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Force Marketing

Force celebrates and encourages giving back to the community however we can. Our CEO is on the board of several organizations such as Bright Futures Atlanta and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. We are proud to sponsor them in their programs and initiatives throughout the year such as Annual Hope Roast Holiday drive and by offering paid internships to Bright Futures students to provide real-world working experience before graduation.

Our President at GSM is on the Board of Child Advocates, a Houston-based youth social services organization. Throughout the year, we support Child Advocates through active support as court-appointed advocate volunteers as well as fundraising and participation in their annual events such as their back-to-school Childspree, 5k Superhero Run, and Santa’s Wish List Holiday gift program.

We award company paid time off in both large groups and as an organization to attend and support other organizations and events such as: Dress for Success, Alzheimer’s Association Walk, Atlanta Heart Walk, State & City Park Cleanups, and Feeding America partnered food banks.
