Forever 21 Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My manager refuses to help me out in that area.

I don' have one. I have an IRA from my previous company. I'm not inquiring about benefits.

Benefits and pto are the best things

The employee discount and coupons.

Great benefits package, including full medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid leave, holidays, etc.

The bonuses and my pay

I dont have any but i should when basically working full time hours

i dont know much about ir

Flex account benefits and money

The 30% off Employee discount

I get paid I guess

The best in my opinion is the health insurance

Review from Sales Dept

overtime and bonus pay and other benefits

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is equal and so are benefits

Review from Product Dept

The best part is that the package is very clean and organize.

Review from Design Dept

Review from Sales Dept

The compensation package is very good

well, I wish they would work on hours more for employees that really want them, but i guess thats why they locate us to other stores

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having a manger who helps and is attentice with there communication

Woulld be great to see better yearly increases

Better Pay and better more respectful management

Review from Sales Dept

Bring back PTO to the company in general.

Undervalued, over worked, and under paid

Having pay aline with living. Very unpaid, need to be better with how they deliever raises.

I have several years of experience in customer service and make the same amount as an entry-level employee.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel taken advantage of and used.

Me and my co-workers are constantly told that we're replaceable. We're making minimum wage having our managers expect maximum effort when our wage isn't even livable.

I would like to get paid the amount of work i do and to be paid for my loyalty when i choose not to leave when there are other better jobs out there who pay more

I feel undervalued because this company allows favoritism, allowing some employees to break the dresscode guidelines, overworks those like myself. Im constantly told to do more than what my actual job is and some aren't doing their job at all. Better pay and benefits would make up for compensation.

During my time I wish I had been paid the same amount that my co-workers were making as I was the lowest paid employee but the hardest worker.

There's no compensation whatsoever, I'm getting paid minimum wage only, with no benefits, and working holidays that are paid normally at my minimum wage.

I feel undervalued because I have had many days where I am a backup cashier when the lines get incredibly long, running go backs on the floor, assisting customers, and checking up on the fitting room SIMULTANEOUSLY. I'd better if at least once a day, I'd be checked up on and I got paid a bit more.

Higher pay and insurance would be amazing.

There was never a thank you for the job you where doing even when you go beyond

Because I repeatedly disrespected by the main manager of my store.

At least make it worth my hours

Review from Customer Success Dept

I work super hard, do everything im told and endure the rude comments/looks about my oufits made by the managers. Yet i get no type of recognition for the work that i do. The favorites to the managers can just sit around at the registers with them and talk/not do anything while the rest are working.

I am not vauled because my managers always single me out and yell at me for talking and being on my phone when the managers do it to. I have seen managers on the clock talking on phone in back office or watching netflix. The new managers didnt even give me a hours the 1st time she made a schedule.
