Everyone is intelligent and hard-working. People generally are quick to adapt to change and lend a hand to a coworker when need be

Leadership is friendly and approachable. They treat everyone with equal respect and respond well to constructive criticism/feedback. The cofounders are engaging speakers at all-company meetings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way that people interact with each other (over Slack, Zoom, email, etc.) is very friendly and positive. There's a general understanding of the genial company culture and that's kept through all levels of employment
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed of the process - they followed up quickly after each interaction and sent the offer soon after the last interview. I felt like they valued my time, which can be hard to find during the job search process, and made Forma really stand out
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm taken care of by my employer - financially and with health insurance, of course, but also on an emotional level. Forma has created a system/culture based on the understanding that we're all human and sometimes need more flexibility in our workday. "We've Got You" is a core value
