Forma has been the best job that I've ever worked and I don't say that lightly. Forma goes above and beyond to show that they actually care about their employees in both big and small ways. I've never worked for a company that is so giving and thoughtful.

The leadership team is always looking to grow as a company and ensure that their employees are growing with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation was the unlimited vacation before this changed. I would now have to say that the best of the compensation package is the monthly stipends and reward bonuses.
