I can not imagine myself leaving this amazing Fountain House. I believe that tells a lot.

I have been employed at Fountain House for over 16 years and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. A great experience all around with excellent staff and who can forget the members that really make the clubhouse model work! To watch them progress and improve is a sight to see.

Its a very collaborative work environment at Fountain House and almost everyone has a great sense of community and are at a lot of fun.

My team works as one and works very hard. We are happy to teach each other. I have never felt comfortable to discuss any issue or mistake with my team. They are always happy to help.

It was a group interview which I actually like.

What I liked the most about the interview process was the interview with our members with mental illness.

The interview process is something I will never forget. Not only do the staff interview you but the members of the clubhouse interview as well which I think is such as great aspect of the clubhouse.
