What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always looking at people's strengths.
Love your mistakes because they are your best teachers.
I enjoy all aspects of the clubhouse so it's difficult t o pinpoint a one time positive experience when there is so many enjoyable moments and interactions with staff and members. To see everyone benefiting from the experience always puts a big smile on my face!
people work together. incredible collegiality, a sense that we are doing something important, people are serious about their work but are also able to have fun with each other
