What do you like best about the leadership team?

The freedom to build and create.

An excellent staff, management and executive team that put the clubhouse standards as it's priority to better the lives of the mentally ill. It's wonderful to see it in action everyday.

The leadership is very thoughtful and communicative! In addition, they openly establish communication channels with every member of their team and take input seriously.

I love this mixture of friendly and professional leadership team. They are outgoing, open minded and respectful. Since I stared working in Fountain House I have never experienced any discrimination, prejudice or unfairness. I love the fact that I wake up happy everyday to work in my Fountain House.
