Four Seasons offers global internship opportunities to undergraduates and graduates who want to get a head start in their career. We are a growing organization and for us to identify the right people for our future, it is important to commence our search at an early stage.
Internships offer students first-hand experience in what a career would be like with Four Seasons through exposure to various areas of a Hotel, Resort or our Corporate Office.
If you are a student with a major in business or hospitality (preferred) who is interested in an exciting career in the field of hospitality and are looking to gain practical experiences while developing relationships with leaders in the field, an internship might be right for you!
Interns may be:
Assigned a buddy at the beginning of the internship to guide them through our introductory training programme
Exposed to operational and management meetings
Assigned an individual or group project to solve for a real-life hotel challenge or opportunity
Hotel Internships may also serve as a point of entry into the Manager in Training programme (not guaranteed). The Manager in Training (MIT) programme at Four Seasons is designed to give participants the tools they need to accelerate their careers and succeed as future leaders. MITs are exposed to valuable management experiences, project work, mentorship and feedback throughout the programme. For more information about the MIT programme, please visit our website.
