The head of regional was the worse as she pushed fie the credit card applications for all the customers and tricked them for the minimum payment, and once the customers payments were behind, they had to pay the penalties...., Beverly Rains is the worse leader that i have ever experienced.

They should focus on the customer services and employees training.

I will recommend that manager should set the right direction and standard.

They need to take care of employees first in order for them to work hard for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mangnent team never care about the employees. All they care is how many credit app. or care plan you have everyday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to fir the toxic management team especially Beverly Rains. Shame on you! There was another district nanager Dawn Fite and were glad to see she got fired early of this year as she is one of the worse team members.
