I like the money and t was a good deal

The mangnent team never care about the employees. All they care is how many credit app. or care plan you have everyday.

We get each other. We all work hard.

they do not hire people who have the correct motivations
I will recommend that manager should set the right direction and standard.

They take care of their employees

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
have more staff and better management
They need to fir the toxic management team especially Beverly Rains. Shame on you! There was another district nanager Dawn Fite and were glad to see she got fired early of this year as she is one of the worse team members.
