Frontier Airlines Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Yearly boost to salary is higher than most airlines.

Great, nice people and respectful

Flight attendants kept overtime in the contract, premium pay during staffing shortages, and the most paid holidays in the industry

The overall pay perspective and ability to make more.

The hourly rates are close to industry average.

Review from Operations Dept

compensation is very good despite the industry chellenges

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company executives are greedy

No one listens, it is about kissing the correct ring

Like most people I feel I'm always worth more than what an employer is willing to pay me.

Frontier does 1% 401k matching....I wouldn't consider that compensation at all.

More attention to detail that is good.

Zero non-flight benefits. Frontier relies on Gate and ticket agents to be entrepreneurial and collect fee revenue in the face of frequent hostility and abuse from customers being charged. The commissions are so puny they are an ineffective incentive. The pay just isn't worth the hassle of the job.

I would feel better if the company treated the employees as human beings and not as robots. I would feel better if we were offered equity in the company, better accommodations, pay during boarding, and if we were not blamed for every negative thing that happens in the company.

The salary ranges need to be competitive with market.

Better medical and be more empathetic.

pay the supervisors more and allow station budgets to open up more so co tractors can hire more people who'd be willing to work

Review from Operations Dept

Industry standard pay and benefits would make me feel better

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is 40% less than my peers at other airlines.

Review from Operations Dept

Indigo is the worst. They don't care about customers or employees, only the bottom line. I'm a pilot for them and when I travel I buy a tickets for my family and myself. They don't deserve my business and anyone else.

Review from Operations Dept

Industry standard pay would be sufficient.

Review from Operations Dept

Lowest paid in the industry

Review from Operations Dept

We don't get paid what we are worth. We have the worst health care in the industry.

Review from Operations Dept

Severely underpaid. Began a career here long before new ownership decided to gut our culture and pay. In all facets, not just pay and benefits, this is the most labor unfriendly executive management I’ve ever experienced. Every employee would like to see the company fail, just to watch it burn.
