Defining a solid strategy forward. Directions change constantly. There have been limiting financial factors in the recent past which is understood, however the plan seemed to be to hang on as long as possible, rather than course correct. Hopefully that changes with the reorganization.

To be brought up to CWA's current pay. I work for legacy side of company, it was the workers that made it possible to purchase Verizon. It seems company doesn't care about us. CWA is making 5-6 dollars more one the hour and benefits payed as well. I feel like ive been left behind in this process.

Morale is low from an employee and a customer standpoint. Outages that go on for weeks leaves a bad taste in our customers mouth. We need more support for our IT team, to resolve issues with capacity of the plant and restoration processes

Frontier is a SINKING SHIP waiting to be sold.
Leadership refuses to listen to anyone. They keep implementing changes without regard to the consequences. Additionally, they do not care when advised that it is a bad idea. Everything has been moved from local control. Access is taken away from people that can help. Moral is as low as ever.
