Communication is key. No one comuuincates there and it's just a mess.

Work ethic and attitude. But of course this all stems from the highest one in power all the way down.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers are out of place when it comes to professionalism . Favoritism is huge there. Honestly new managers would probably be best.
