What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing less favoritism and less retaliation. Keeping employees happy by doing what's right. And not doing things just because there on a power trip
Listening to employee complaints and feedback, without waiting for things to break; retaliation and the excuse of "you never told us" is abundant at my store.
Working harder to keep the good hard working people, and acknowledge the hard work that they do to help keep the company afloat.
treating their employees like humans. they dont pay attention to their employees. if i were to be on my deathbed, they would punish me for not coming in. they treat their employees terribly and have no genuine concern for who is truly the face of the company

Larger associate discounts, better explanation of when certain
Longtime employees are not paid commensurate with experience so they make little more than brand new employees.
I have been told by my boss even that he knows I'm under paid and takes advantage of the fact that women don't get paid the same as a man in my field

If we had actual meetings and if the managers actually communicated

My coworkers are just unhappy. They feel like they're not getting paid enough. The issue isn't pay, exactly. it's hours and the schedule.

Incentives or bonuses. More hours and help. Lazy people held accountable.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Management seem to just fill positions so they dont have to lift an finger to do extra work, they throw you to the wolves with little training and get mad when you can't get the training done because you're more focused on the work load.
I dont know. Maybe upgrade your computer computer system.
Hire older people with a good work ethic..not just all these 20 year olds who don't know the meaning of hard work.
Maybe have some requirements so the people working for you can actually think independently

It's useless to suggest any ways to improve anything. When they refuse to see/hear or make any of the simplest things.
Discounts are locked behind a digital app and customers keep complaining it doesn't work
Store level management behaviors need to be addressed. The moral is so low and employees are exhausted and under valued
(ALL) employee pay, the attitude, work life balance, respect. These are all things frys claims to value but they just dont. Improve these abd quit making our managers work so hard for so long only to get bombarded by "why didnt you do this? How are YOU going to improve it" improve these!!!
Managers are out of place when it comes to professionalism . Favoritism is huge there. Honestly new managers would probably be best.
