I come to work, I contribute, I leave. That sums up the baseline for my experience. I work in a place, where people make bets on how long someone will last based on their SREA assignment.

Working at FSA has been challenging but fun; I've learned to be more diligent and efficient with my time and to collaborate with various great teams.

They have all shown great care about me as an employee. They check in regularly and do what they say they will. Their care for my well-being as an employee and getting me the information that I need in order to do my job successfully makes for a great work environment.

When complaints are lodged, follow up on them. If there is a high turn over rate, follow up and try and figure out why.

My team is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I know that I can openly go to them with any questions and they won't belittle me or make me feel dumb. They're always willing to help out if necessary or even offer tidbits of useful information.
