Making transfers easier, there are so many job openings across this great country and yet theses local offices are refusing to accept out of state transfer knowing these officers are just as qualified and already trained to do the jobs and sometimes the same job they were doing already .

I work in secure solutions, but the vibe is very positive and energetic. Working with a ton of good people who are some of the best in the industry.

Well my local office in cleveland is fantastic and welcoming but other offices i tried transfering to were not as welcoming and were not trueful and upfront some never even gave me a courtesy call back very unprofessional.

Bank and Supermarkets are growing fast but government and city contracts need improving.

I think the CEO try to improve on the G4S brand everyday but i think he can improve by pushing is local offices to accept transfers more if comes from the top people tend to listen.
