My 2 years of experience have prepared me well for this position. I also I developed extensive skills working with customers even when they were distressed. Also I have developed a great sense of good problem solver. I understand I'm excellent at deescalating situations .

I like much more the fact of having a leader not a boss. Since my previous leader was a great mentor to guide me through the processes.

Teamwork I understand in our capability we focus a lot we do not have so far any inconvenience about it. We respect each other and believe in teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am so grateful to be part of the Gainwell team. And having a job means a lot to me. But the level of tasks is becoming more and more responsibilities. It would be ideal to reevaluate the JD.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of understanding in my team. We are genuine when it comes to caring about each other. We like to support each other. And if anyone has any doubts or questions we do our best to assist them in the process. They are unconditional.

I am very grateful to be part of Gainwell and I'm the kind of professional who is loyal to my company and I don't like to be changing jobs. It is for these reasons that I am a faithful believer that the employee must be provided with a fair salary that is aligned with the volume of work he execute
