This is a very good organization that is going through a very difficult time. We have very high turnover, and low salaries. If employees were compensated better this would be one of the best places to work. Inflation is a huge problem currently, that is affecting the workforce.

Gainwell is a superior company, and has tremendous growth potential. Employee compensation is not keeping up with inflation which is a cause for high turnover. Medium pay range should be the standard.

Kind, compassionate, focused, dedicated, helpful, resourceful. I can't say enough good things about the team.

The challenges, fast paced environment, co-workers, feeling of being needed, and the successes each day brings.

We have an amazing product service that serves a vital role in helping people get the medical services needed.

The work I perform. There is a sense of positive impact to move the company one step closer to achieving complete teams with every hire we make
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand people have choices and that if we don't compensate our employees then our workforce will NOT be what has been envisioned. We will have a mediocre workforce at best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lesser skilled, lesser experienced employees are being hired for $20K more then what employees that have been here for some time are making. If the work is going to quadruple then salaries should quadruple also....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very underpaid for the experience and knowledge I have. Employees that have been at Gainwell for a year are being taken advantage of. Extreme workloads and no pay increase. Candidates with half the experience are being paid twice as much.
