Gainwell is overall a good company that offers good benefits, the pay could be better due to the economy and that inflation is up almost 8% this year.

Getting to work from home. Though I wish I had a set up stipend so I could actually get a desk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an intern so I do not get any benefits whatsoever. Also 15/hr in California is really not livable anymore. I also, just want to move up and be a business analyst or project manager
