Everyone is very positive and takes the time to help when needed

I like the team work that we create today! This is an amazing company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working 9 hours a day and feel that I should be making more money per hour for what I do. Also, I feel that Gainwell should pay for our internet and give me a phone phone. I have providers calling my own cell phone daily. Sometimes 7 am in the morning.
