So the growth of the company has been very hectic and we have been playing catch up. That being said the leadership is very much aware of it and has been hiring like crazy to keep up. That being said it can be hectic for new hires to get up to speed but I think we are getting better everyday.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to focus on the true core of my job and skillset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open about what we are doing well and what needs to be improved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think better market alignment for the professional roles in the HR sphere. We seem to be stuck at pay levels from legacy DXC.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very honest conversations about what we need to improve and what we are doing well. You don't feel like they are just throwing buzz words at you to check a box.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same team in spirit not just in an organizational chart. We all are busy but have the ability to help other team members when needed and can prioritize supporting our team.
