Recognizing the value of ALL employees, not just employees in certain positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team members provide support to each other to boost each other's morale.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The compensation could be increased, the workload could be decreased, and we should get fully functional systems and teams that work with and talk to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is not competitive to what the external market is offering. My team also works well over 40 hours every week, so there is little work-life balance.
