I was the very first employee to be rolled over on the Gainwell side of things and it was complete chaos. I was entered in under a salaried worker which put my pay dates off a bit. I was then put in the system correctly and only received partial pay. My requests with HR sometimes go unanswered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ongoing support and encouragement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive and helpful. I don't feel any type of negativity ever. We actually engage with each other and interact even though we are remote workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I get to work from the comforts of my home but to know that the work that I do is actively helping the centers that we audit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we are talking about HR, I can't say that there is anything that I like other than the fact that they will respond when it is convenient for them but as for my direct supervisor, he is awesome and so is the team that I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management and according to statistics I am well below what I should be making. Although it was an increase in pay by $2 to take this job, it still isn't enough to keep up with the bills and the demands of the economy.
