The growth within the company is there. The work environment is positive and each day I look forward to logging into my computer.My manager she's great, caring and understanding of her team's needs. It's a pleasure to work. However, the compensation could be better.

The HR team I work on. We have positive together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team keeps us engaged in what's happening within Gainwell and recognize employees when they do an outstanding job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team engage in positive conversations in ways that we work great together as a team. I love interacting with my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work/life balance. I get to work remotely and I am more productive. At the same time I get to still talk to my coworkers on a daily basis. Also, I am apart of the volunteer network and it give me a chance to work with others that are not on my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued by my VP and manager. My compensation is a step up from what I was making. However, sometimes it's not enough money to provide for my family but I make it work. I know I've only been in this position for a short time frame. If my salary was more that would be great.
