In terms of worklife balance, Gainwell is a great company to work for. The offshore managers are biased,so only their friends benefit. Normal employee looking for growth withing organization would find this demotivating. Role,position,hike, and recognition are determined only by personal preference.

Onshore Leaders are very professional and motivating. Gainwell has a great work-life balance. Offshore leadership is very biased. They don’t exhibit corporate culture. Offshore leaders do favours for their closest employees.
