My only complaint is the my role with the company is not placed in the organization properly to enable visibility, coordination across the organization and executive leadership support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A respected organization within my profession does annual pay studies and I fall in the underpaid category making 35k less than others with comparable skills, expertise and length of time in the industry.
