Overall my experience was fantastic, customers were a delight most of the time, I had vast knowledge of video games and delighted talking with guests about games, etc. Unfortunately, while my district manager was great, after I messed up once, corporate fired me even with my great performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pulled a lot of weight for the store and had great performance numbers, but we were getting paid less than 10 dollars an hour. Better hours and obviously better pay.
