Higher pay, but more, just tell me I'm valued as an employee and not threatened every day

Making people feel valued instead of threatening them. Every day I go in to negative emails and conference calls

my coworkers are great but we always feel we do terrible, every day we are told how horrible we are performing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
lift people up, we are doing a good job and treating customers great. Management treats us like we are the worst employees ever
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't want to be told how terrible I'm doing every day, when i know I'm doing a good job and customers love me. so I don't sell enough $3 game protections during the day and that is going to get me fired
