What do you like best about the leadership team? They seem to have an employee-first mindset. Generally speaking, they seem to have learned a lot from the COVID experience and have prioritized employee satisfaction in a way that I think has created a more friendly workplace environment that motivates employees to work hard.
What makes you most happy at work?Working with my team. We've been achieving a lot of company goals and it's motivating to come in and see how much further we can push things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Besides a competitive salary, the tenure bonuses are a welcome surprise when they come around. I do wish there were more annual bumps to look forward to, but I understand that in the interest of growth, that isn't the priority right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think I deserve a higher title and higher salary based on my experience and industry benchmarks. I also think our parental leave policy is lacking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel like I am being paid fairly and have been seeking professional growth for close to a year, and still haven't been able to experience growth professionally or financially.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?We need leaders who give us goals and let us ideate and provide solutions.
