The best part about the compensation package is that I can get paid and save money for a good reason.
It's supportive of employees and their families
The life insurance, great piece of mind
Commission potential and health care benefits
The benefits are strong & with the return of the company match, it's a GREAT place to work.
Salary, PTO is extremely generous. This year, my 25th with the company, I was rewarded with 7 weeks of PTO. Wow!
It outlines all the things that are covered and what is picked up the company. It allows to me see what would benefit my family and me with regards to adjusted premiums for those services I don't need or pertain to my current need.
The best part of compensation is that we have a our disposal the ability to maximize a monthly commission plan.
PTO and volunteer time off. Charity donation match.
The Health Savings Account option.

Review from Product Dept
I work in a condemned building with freezing cold temperatures outside in Nashville, Tennessee and the HR department does not care anything about their employees.
Health insurance is outrageous rediculious and unaffordable
Better comp and salary package
Wages were more or less frozen in 2006.
Stop under paying our skills and responsibilities becuase where i live.
The base pay is too low. Variable comp is based on division revenue that's never obtained at a 100%. Like can we not figure out print is declining? It's a boat anchor.
maybe a getting a raise every couple decades
I make a fraction of what is average compensation for a graphic designer with 15 years of experience.
The division of people who get bonuses and those who don't creates a feeling of some people being important and some people not being important.
I have made 30 k for 3 years. Very hard to make a basic living with college debt. All overtime was taken away. You then seen CEO and corporate salaries explode who don't do the work that pays their salaries.
I have more and more responsibilities thrown on me as the company has made other cuts and have not been compensated for that.
Review from Sales Dept
Equal compensation for equal work, excluding earned revenue bonuses.
Review from Sales Dept
The pay is much lower for skills and experience.
Review from Product Dept
I make about the same as an Analyst but I'm a Manager for IT.
Review from IT Dept
Poor management and lack of appreciation
Review from Operations Dept
Pay is based on the position not the person in the role, people should be paid based upon their work, work ethic, etc.
In my department there isn't enough staff so trying to do half of what we are responsible for is impossible. Nor do they pay us what we should be.
When you are told you are taking on Another part I have someone else’s job because they are being let go and you are not compensated for th
Lack of respect and reality From management. Lack of competitive content.
I've now worked in three different markets, getting a pay raise each time I move. I have never been able to afford to live in the communities I cover.
