My editor and deputy managing editor are fair with me and provide me the tools and opportunities to do outstanding investigative journalism. The other investigative reporter on the team is top notch, and she and I work extremely well together on projects and in-depth stories.

My team is focused on the values of our company and starve to meet all the goals that presented to us.

We try and work as a team but upper management is never around nor knows even who we are

Executive empathy toward all workers

Communication is non-existent. Most of the hardest-working employees were let go.

Management needs to learn what leadership is.

How to talk To someone and when you do something wrong how you fix not blaming others

No one cares and just look to move on.

There are no meetings or motivations.
