Allowing personal autonomy and diversity
Improve psychological safety, eliminate bad leaders who act in self-interest
Most leaders lack empathy. Once you make them mad or one mistake, it's hard for them to move forward with you without holding a grudge
Testing ideas/products/initiatives before wholly committing. Understanding clients and products better.
Everything. They need to realize it is 2022, not 1995.
More balanced opportunity, growth opportunities, better benfits
Higher base pay with the commission
Equity/stock options for mid-execs would be good for all. Health care options are decent but limited for choice (e.g. fitness for life stage or risk tolerance)
Higher pay is desired. That is the biggest problem.
We are paid atleast 20% less then the market.
Encourage collaboration among peers, not forced manager collab that delves into management trying to get noticed
More in person interactions would be nice
Stop hiring people straight out of college and hire people with relevant work experience and passion
Review from Sales Dept
Hire industry experts and pay them
Invest in team building especially as a remote workforce
Better way to communicate would be good
Get rid of the toxic environment
Review from Marketing Dept
Needs to have more technical and interpersonal skill related questions
Stop rejecting qualified applicants in favor of fresh meat from business colleges

The HR deprtmetn is horrible in this area. very slow, non responsive.
It should be straight forward based on the scenarios and directly with the hiring manager.
Make it shorter. Meet in person
Top to bottom, the wrong people are being hired, promoted, and rewarded.

We need to start and invest in heavy advertising.
Treat your people with respect and investigate how many hours it takes to actually do the job given territorial differences. Investigate your managers and VPs - they are part of the problem and are causing wrong behaviour such as pressuring the teams to fake metrics.
Not sure what to expect from day to day. depends on mangments mood.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Hire competent managers that actually have empathy and treat their people well.
Review from Marketing Dept
Flexibility of where the work gets done.

I was disappointed that L&D has been clawed back this year, as well as tuition reimbursement. Gartner places a heavy emphasis on personal growth and having a growth mindset, yet we don't' have access to these critical resources anymore.
