What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care about the consumer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm paid about 10% under, even after adjusting for area.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great people, smart, fun. I feel a real sense of community.

What makes you most happy at work?

Coworkers and the products. I really enjoy the product portfolio. That's what's keeping me here.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was standard - HR interview, interview with mgmt. It's been years so I don't remember the questions but they were definitely not difficult.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Relaxed, casual, and yet professional. I've been at companies where I would spend HOOUURRRSSS making sure every little thing was perfect about my presentation. Who has time for that?
