We should all feel the same level of stress to make sales quotas. Leaders sales quotas are lower than their teams. It has become demotiva5ing instead of motivating

Sales quotas are set arbitrarily and leaders quotas aren't the sum of teams quotas. So leaders don't carry the same risk as their teams
