We should all feel the same level of stress to make sales quotas. Leaders sales quotas are lower than their teams. It has become demotiva5ing instead of motivating

Sales quotas are set arbitrarily and leaders quotas aren't the sum of teams quotas. So leaders don't carry the same risk as their teams

Most of the VP and Senior Directors who has been in the organization for more than 10 years should be removed to make the culture better and remove the favoritism

Leaders should carry the same level of risk to sales incentive plans instead of leaders carrying lower numbers than their teams. Recommendations to improve shouldn't be ignored.
